I used WordPress paired with cPanel for building out this website. To avoid bloat, a number of custom functions were used in tandem with a handful of key plugins. Fluent SMTP was used to facilitate email notifications – when a shoveling requester had their request accepted, both the requester and shoveler would receive a tailored email describing next steps and actions they can take.
